Strategy Manager - Egypt (Egyptian National)

Our client is a leading online classifieds marketplace operating internationally across over 40 growth markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. Their Middle Eastern presence extends across the UAE, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia. Worldwide the group receives more than 200 million unique visitors monthly generating more than 360 million page views per day.

The strategy manager will be responsible for building out the brand and business across Egypt. Key to our client is the way in which their site is built, the way in which they interact with their customers and way they market their services - their brand and values are at the root of all of this.

Role Responsibilities:
- You will play an integral role galvanising all departments towards a focus on continuous growth.
- You will develop and communicate the growth strategy, ensuring operational implementation of it.
- Interact with all departments, such as; marketing, product management and customer support daily.
- You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with triple digit growth, that is also professional and entrepreneurial.
- Examples of additional projects are: competitive analyses, sharing of best practices between countries and developing models to optimise offline and digital marketing.

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution.
- 3-6 years' experience in consulting or with an international mobile or online player.
- Mobile / Online experience is essential.
- Outstanding analytical capacity alongside a true business acumen.
- Strategic outlook with a hands on attitude and happy to be involved in the day to day delivery.
- Ability to formulate and execute plans in a fact-paced work place.
- Knowledge of performance marketing would be preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
