Job brief
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and design
ng business processes for automation.
- Analyze and document client solution architecture to support Intelligent Automation.
- Provide troubleshooting technical support for complex issues raised by clients.
- Infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and networking experience within an enterprise IT environment.
- Set up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
Requirements
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science from a reputable university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL.
- UiPath advanced Developer certificates is a must.
Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerShell script, VB script ,JavaScript.
