Employment: Full Time

Description

Responsibilities

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Clients/customers
- Follow up on the new and unresolved tickets and maintain the agreed SLA
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Daily CODs and Monthly invoices
- Provide reports for clients when needed
- Provide full support for other team members.
- Handle calls from clients

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- Good communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Being able to work within a team
- Excellent business writing skills
- Fluent English (verbal and writing)
- Accuracy and Efficiency
- Microsoft office (excel)
- Time management and work under pressure
- Ability to adapt to a rapid service environment
- Ability to work in different time zones
- Willing-to- learn and never-say- die attitude and have a collaborative approach
