Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Managing team to deliver technology solutions for continuous business increments for a value stream in the shortest cycle time.
- Manage integrations to improve business operations and productivity efficiently.
- Secure business requirements implementation with efficient techniques and high-quality standards.
- Manage communication with stakeholders to identify improvement areas, with presenting multiple alternative plans & solutions.
- Coordinate with project management team to establish processes to secure successful solution delivery.
- Lead software development team for process re-engineering and technical architecture implementations to maximize project outcome and overall performance.
- Ensuring prioritized projects in program plan with business segment leader and portfolio manager.
- Manage the corporate interactive marketing team's project portfolio on SAAS/IAAS Models.
- Lead team to implement Agile Scrum/SAFe principles/processes to handle development/implementation of various solutions.
- Lead Team to implement solutions to reduce costs and maximize return-on-investment (ROI) and ensure they align with strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate experience through technical environment availability, code deployment, performance assessment, infrastructure upgrades, access controls, and etc.
- Collaborate with existing and potential clients to develop innovative solutions with desired integrations using all resources.
- Initiate offshore delivery for desired applications & transformations.
- Track and assess project delivery targets and supervise key resources and priorities during SDLC.
- Lead Team to perform; configuration, change, problem, and incident management in accordance with the ITIL framework.
- Establish sales channel opportunities with strategic vendors within the marketplace to expand overall offerings.
- Manage the offshore support team and enable quick hand off by implementing appropriate documentation and SDLC process.
- Conduct awareness session to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.
- Review all the TO BE processes and applications requirement deliverables developed by the Software Architect to ensure technical soundness, adherence to the project scope and meeting the customer expectations

- Passionate about leading Team to design solutions and do necessary customization with collaboration with the team or himself/herself to fulfill the customer requirements in order to deliver the Targeted outcome.
- Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, flexible and responsive work style.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent command of English

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- 2 - 4 or more years in Developing/Delivering Solutions for Mega Projects and System Integrations.
- Strong Experience in DevOps and Business Analysis
- 5 + years managing/leading technical delivery teams

Education
- B.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science
