Employment: Full Time

Global Access Recruitment is now searching for a candidate who would be a great fit to our client in the Seafood business. Our client is one of the leading brands in the middle east and we're now recruiting for Territory Manager position for their Egypt Branch.

The Role:
- Reports to the Head of Sales of the Brand, must be a professional who shares the same passion as we do for Customer Excellence.
- Penetrate untapped market opportunities in Egypt
- Forecast monthly sales plan, get it approved by head of exports and management and achieve sales targets on a constant basis.
- Coordinate planning and execution of direct marketing activities jointly with foreign distributors to achieve targeted performance of our Brand and also provide support for distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to study market dynamics, competitive environment, product movement and performance, distributor performance etc. and report to Head of exports.
- Follow up payments (letter of credit, cash against documents, bank guarantee, and in advance transfers) and co-ordinate with finance department.
- Must be familiar with the local regulations, business practices, market environment, documentation requirements of assigned territory.
- Arrange for registration of trademarks of products and all other documents in export countries.
- Clarify any special requirements from customers and relate back to concerned department.
- Continuously look forward for new business opportunities.
- Follow up on customer order shipment until delivery for effective customer service.
- Ensure good customer relationship management / regular status update.
- Ensure alignment with supply chain and inclusion of export orders in the monthly forecast for procurement, production and dispatch.
- Manage customer complaints, follow up internally, make effective communication with customers and address complaints to the satisfaction of customers.
- Coordinate with concerned departments, Head of exports, Finance in quality claim or other similar situations and handle the matter to solve in fair and equitable manner.

Requirements

- Graduate from a reputable American or European University in Business/Marketing. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in Modern trade in FMCG sector
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of clearance operations in Egypt
- Good knowledge of sales & marketing, inventory management, planning and organizing skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic Language (Compulsory).

Package: Up to 23,000 Egyptian Pounds (depending on years of experience)
