About the role

Purpose of the job

Coordination between Transmission platforms and across Technology teams to support QoS, B2B, ELOB and Fixed Network New / Upgrade requests, tracking progress, and leading communication with Commercial teams to transform Fixed requirements into technical solutions.

Duties and responsibilities
- Act as interface with Quality-of-Service team to solve congestion problems.
- Investigate Transmission problems E2E and follow up corrective actions.
- Determine TX Actions priority according to available budget.
- Act as interface with commercial teams to support launching enterprise and B2B accounts.
- Follow up the implementation of fixed data network MW projects.
- Interface with regulatory teams for NTRA approvals related to Enterprise MW project.
- Manage and control all communications across Technology teams and other stakeholders in different departments for Enterprise MW project related tasks.
- Project management role and organize resources allocation, schedule and performance within transmission domains.
- Lead Technology teams during MW survey process for Enterprise MW project.
- Escalate problems and risks that may affect the progress on time.
- Prepare technical sheet (LER, Channel Spacing, frequency band) for new MW B2B accounts.

Requirements

Job specification

Education
- B.Sc. Electrical Engineering: Electronics and Communication.

Experience
- At least 2 years in GSM network planning and dimensioning.

Skills and abilities
- Experience in handling technician teams on site.
- Background of IP traffic design and dimensioning.
- Project management and presentation skills.
- Flexible and adaptive to changes in requirements.
