Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Workshop Engineer Supervisor

What will you do?
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service
- Provide regular updates on the progress of each job and promptly communicate any delays or concerns to the Aftersales Head.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians & Engineers, assisting them in diagnosing complex issues, troubleshooting, and finding effective solutions.
- Monitor and control workshop expenses, including labor costs, inventory, materials purchasing, quality checks, and equipment maintenance, to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the technical budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Abide by the warranty procedure and ensure all warranty claims are properly documented and processed.
- Communicate with brand owner for any issues related to product quality, technical support, or service requirements.

Requirements

What will you need?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures, to understand strategic relation suppliers0
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability in data analysis.
