The RoleThe RoleConsumer Manufacturing and Distribution Company Attractive Package Kuwait Our client is one of the largest diversified conglomerates in the Middle East. Responsibilities: The general remits for this role are to create, develop and implement marketing plans commensurate with the business plan to deliver profitable business growth. • Based in Kuwait to establish its new Marketing team • As Marketing Director the successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and will change the face and future of the company • The company’s brands will require the support of a strong individual who will have full responsibility for the development and implementation of a successful modern marketing strategy, ensuring that the company presents a cohesive service to customers. • Build a brand strategy that enables the business to effectively maintain and build on its market position, as it moves to a single brand identity. • Lead on marketing projects, ensuring the effective management of all external suppliers and ensure that robust systems are in place to monitor and evaluate the impact of all marketing activity. • To proactively provide marketing services support for the company’s business streams. • To develop promotional plans targeted appropriately for the business. • Provide the company with the insight and creative execution of the marketing mix to maximise sales to assist in the purchase decision, consumer segmentation and visualization. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements • Bilingual (English / Arabic) • Excellent full-mix brand marketing experience within FMCG, Food Production, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Food Services • Middle East assignment to previous or current role(s) is required • Extensive experience in Marketing Strategy development for diversified businesses and multicultural organization and market • Superb cross-functional and matrix-style team management • An ability to hire, motivate, inspire and lead a diverse team • Creative flair that is mixed with a strong focus on delivering financial results |
