An opportunity has arisen at a global private financial group for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst to join a growing team within a challenging and varied role.

Requirements
The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting a wide range of IT software and hardware, including 1st and some 2nd Line Support, out of office support and onsite training for end users.
Furthermore, as the role will be based at the group HQ, there are a number of larger long-term projects which for candidates to gain exposure to.
The technical environment is predominantly Microsoft technologies, and as such candidates should have prior experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows applications. Any relevant industry certifications within this area will also be beneficial.
Candidates will also be required to provide general support and management of the VC and telephone environment and should ideally be well versed in supporting Cisco products.
Due to the nature of the work being performed, any experience supporting financial applications such as Bloomberg or Reuters, this would be advantageous but not required.
Candidates should hold a relevant technical degree and will have prior experience working within a professional corporate environment and will be comfortable supporting senior stakeholders within the organization. As such, excellent written and verbal English is required.
