3D Architect

Job description / Role

Established in Dubai over 10 years, this boutique Architecture studio have an impressive portfolio of designed and completed projects here in the Middle East. From high end residential, highrise, pharmaceutical, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects, they have a very strong design ethos and carefully chose their projects.

Currently they are requiring a 3D Architect/Renderer who will work in a team environment supporting the Lead Architects in the 2D and 3D packages and images of architectural concepts and finished designs.

From freehand sketching to Autocad (and eventually Revit) technical documentation, to 3D presentations, this role is for a talented Architect who takes pride in producing high level of presentation drawings and renderings. Constructing elevations, sections, and birds-eye-view models, consulting with the designers and understand the details, add detail to create authenticity such as windows, road lines, and lettering and alter models to meet new specifications.

Requirements

This Architect will already be in the Middle East working in similar role for an Architecture studio.

With around 5-10 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, this individual will have developed strong abilities through freehand and 3D images, and be able to work autonomously under fast track project conditions.

Experience in Autocad 2D and 3D, Revit, 3D Studio Max (using Advanced light, 3d Plugins Vray and Brazil), Photoshop and Illustrator is necessary.
