3D/Layout Draughtsman

Job description / Role

- Responsible for visiting Better Homes Properties/Offices and gathering technical information/measurements on the building layouts, elevations etc.

- Responsible to draw layouts on buildings according to the gathered specifications with the aid of computer softwares.

- Liaising with the sales agents to generate drawings

- Revising drawings as necessary in order to update any changes in the technical specifications

Requirements

- Experience in detailing of Interior and fit out jobs is a must.

- Flair for drawing, ability to translate concepts and must be able to visualise 3D.

- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Corel Draw and OR AUTOCad is essential.

- UAE Driving license compulsory.
