Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assist General Manager to develop and implement retail expansion plans, formulating sales & marketing strategies for products to ensure maximum growth of retail banking network.
Perform products survey for ATMs, POS, credit cards and phone banking to enhance their existing operations, locations and usages.
Implement, develop and continuously improve e-banking system and the call center structure.
Develop all necessary techniques to automate the correspondence between the bank and its clients

Key Responsibilities

Support and expand the bank overall Business Strategy
Develop sales & marketing plan for ATM, POS and credit cards.
Conduct survey that supports alternative channel products to improve customers’ satisfactions
Work to advance and expand the Call Center to support customers’ queries and complaints.
Recruit skilled staff to support the development of Alternative Channels Department.
Coordinate with the marketing department to devise proper marketing campaigns to create awareness of retail products and increase sales.
Liaise with IT head to implement effective system solutions for alternative channel products.
Coordinate with IT head to ensure the support for all alternative channel products
Bring in new ideas that assist in improving retail products in the future
Look after any difficulties that might slow down the retail process.
Execute sourcing, interviewing, selecting, training and recommending appointments of Retail Banking staff.
Liaise with internal audit department in order to facilitate all audit tasks instructed by board or audit committee
Submit activity reports to General Manager retail banking

Requirements

Experience & skills required

Bachelor degree is essential
Higher degree preferred
10-15 years of banking experience (Islamic banking preferred)
Excellent leadership
Strong communication and networking
Superb team player
Strong time management and organizational skill.
Strong experience in cash management
Embraced of senior management positions
