AML Compliance Manager (Saudi National)

Job description / Role

- Assist in the continued development and the implementation of, and work towards the enforcement of all policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize potential money laundering risk for the company, within the established strategies of the Compliance Department
- Provide substantial assistance to the MENA head of Compliance in the development of the overall Department strategies, goals and initiatives in the Kingdom
- Evaluate all the companies agent's anti-money laundering compliance programs through compliance reviews, training sessions and resulting follow-up
- Proactively build a risk based approach for the company
- Work as a channel for communication with regulatory bodies and authorities in the Kingdom
- Work in coordination with the other departments for achieving the overall strategy and objectives of the Company

Requirements

- At least Master degree or equivalent
- Proven senior experience in a similar job of at least 7 years in a SAMA regulated entity or in a consultancy/Audit firm
- Communication, Innovation, Autonomy, Relationship management and problem solving skills
- A sound understanding of the compliance legislation implications on a business
- High language skills in Arabic and English are required
- Desire and ability to travel
- Very strong presentation skills
- Ability to adapt into a Multicultural and Multinational environment
