AR Accountant - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

- Responsible for Sales and AR reports
- Control Inventory, sales return, sales credit/ Debit note, inventory write off process
- Coordinate with supply chain regarding shipment, shipping documents, invoice, credit memo, etc. and make sure sales related document filing is completed
- Ensure the 100% accuracy of the Invoice/ Credit note/ Debit note information including payment term, price, bank detail, etc.
- Ensure shipping documents fit each distributors requirements and provide on-time and follow up AME invoice legalization in Dubai while for Saudi and Qatar
- Monthly reconciliation of Purchase Report, Inter-company reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, stock reporting to Group
- Provide weekly sales status report vs forecast
- Monitor credit limit and prepare the credit override form if necessary
- Issue commission credit memo, check commission calculation and payment are accurate
- Process the sales cycle require SAP procedures and problem solving in SAP sales related error
- Monitor Inventory level providing explanation when there is a deviation between actual inventory level vs forecast
- Master file process owner to ensure fully compliance. Ensure master file update in time and the info on the master file is accurate
- Check master data setup ensuring the selling price is in line with master file and forecast.
- Weekly Update sales compliance tracker file and make sure its completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with InfoAG/SAP team for matters as required
- Responsible for legal structure project by engaging in Intercompany purchase order enhancement, supporting project team leaders request.

Requirements

- Arabic speaker
- Bachelor's degree or above - Major in Accounting is preferred
- At least 5 years related working experiences required
- Familiar with whole set of book in sales, inventory, AR, internal control, financial reporting.
- Sales procedure from sales order, purchase order, intercompany, to Invoice.
- SAP user, have SAP implementation experience is preferred
- Good at logical thinking
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English both in written and spoken.
- To work under pressure.
