Employment: Full Time

Handle all permanent lease / temp lease / P . M / Magic planet revenues for all business units, maintain proper A/ R records for all tenants

Key Tasks:
1.Review all new lease data on PMS compared with signed contracts.
2.Deposit & Record PDC received form tenants.
3.Maintain proper PDC collection sheet, to follow up collection.
4.Receive Checks & Deposit slips for all temp & permanent Leases.
5.Record annual billing for all tenants in PMS.
6.Match billing with collection.
7.Run monthly Revenue for temp & permanent leases, and IAS 17.
8.Prepare and process all utility invoices to all tenants for Chilled water / sweet water / service charges/ electricity etc.
9.Maintain complete tenants file.
10.Reconcile rent roll report with contracts summary sheet semi annually.
11.Reconcile on monthly basis temp revenue with operations tracking sheet.
12.Update Tenants sales sheet for sales rent calculation, raise and process % Rent invoice where applicable.
13.Generate relevant Integrity Reports (A/R integrity report, A/R and Advance balance report, unearned income report etc.) compare to respective GL account balances and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
14.Prepare monthly Carrefour inter-company reconciliation.
15.Maintain accurate records of security deposit detailed analysis.
16.Review all tenants' contracts before signature.
17.Provide weekly collection for cash flow forecast.
18.Control rejected cheques and ensure collection.
19.Recording M.P daily sales, using IC report, weekly.
20.Recording M.P temp / permanent lease revenue.
21.Controlling cash short/over report.
22.Reconciling daily sales with Cash deposit slips.
23.Perform surprise cash count quarterly for Magic .Planet
24.Prepare annual tenants account analysis.

Requirements

- Must have college or university degree.
- Experience in handling finance budgets.
- Experience in handling events is a plus.
- Flexible to multiple tasks; able to handle more than one thing at a time.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills (oral & written).
