Client : MNC Bank
Job Description:
1. ARM will be the member of Corporate Banking team who will be maintaining client relationships while providing support to the RMs, Sr. RMs, Directors and Unit Heads for their portfolios of clients.
2. ARM will be the point of contact for a portfolio of customers dealing with a range of requests for them including any calls in Relationship Managers’ absence and any overflow of work from them.
3. ARM will be tasked with building a long term relationship with their portfolio of customers which includes extending efficient and reliable support; quick risk decisions; managing consistency and quality of operational service and end-to-end solutions.
4. Role involves 75% into client management and 25% into governance
Requirements
University graduate with 2+ years of work experience & knowledge in handling Large/Mid Corporates in the region; financial analysis, lending skills.
Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of other members of the Relationship Team; Bank’s products, services and policies; Bank’s service standards.
bilingual preferred.
