The RoleThe RoleThere is a requirement for a dedicated employee who is responsible for the ATM estate management, analysis and transaction improvement. These tasks are done at a micro ATM level ultimately ensuring optimal network performance at a macro level. This is a varied role that involves wide range skill sets however a large part of this role will involve using ATM Manager Pro package. The following section details the operational tasks that need to be managed: Activities performed by the ATM Business Manager • Deliver timely MIS reporting to KFH Management, FD Service Director via ATM Manager Pro Tool (industry leading) • Produce detailed timely reporting on all aspects of the estate including: Transaction Information by site type, location, etc. • Create, implement, manage Performance Improvement Campaigns • Estate Analysis & Performance Reporting • Reciprocity analysis • Value portfolio analysis • Estate Planning • Off-site location analysis and consultancy on selection • Marketing • Branding • POS design and transaction improvement • Management and Financial Information |
RequirementsRequirementsProfile While previous experience of working within an ATM business and the actual analysis of it would be a benefit, it is not essential. More importantly the role requires skills and experience in the following areas: • Experience in analysing and understanding a transaction based business • Good analytical skills and highly computer proficient • Experience of understanding the complexities of performance of dispersed operating devices e.g./ PC’s operating over a number of sites, retail point of sales systems operating over a number of stores. • Marketing background e.g./ branding, POS creation • Ability to sell the benefits of having an ATM to a potential site host |
