Job description / Role
- Responsible for the activation of new ATM machine which includes ensuring the availability of leased or dial backup line.
- Coordinates with concerned teams, vendors, and/or appropriate third party as part of operations escalation to ensure ATMs and DVRs high availability
- Site visit to ATMs whenever required to identify issues related to communication. Restart router and coordinate with IT Network team if required.
Requirements
- Support on ATM New installation of NCR. Set IP configuration on ATM.
- Monitor all ATM via ESQ to minimized down time.
- Inform Cash Management Team on daily Replenishment requirements.
- Prepare Weekly summary report for Job done on Branch Support, ATM Support,
- Configured Network Connection.
- Maintain an inventory of internetworking hardware and software such that quick and permanent repairs can be made whenever required.
- Oversee overall check-up and continuous maintenance of the All ATMS
- 24 by 7 and on-call monitoring of the ATMs
- Coordination with vendors to ensure good technical support utilization.
- Executes ATM and software audit procedures and documentation
- Escalates ATM and DVRs pending issues to concern vendors
- Create monthly SAMA, quarterly reports.
