ATM Operations Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Salary/package TBC (Will include housing allowance, Bonus etc)

My client an established and reputable bank in KSA is looking to recruit for the position of ATM Operations Manager.

Job Description Summary:
ATM Ops Manager is responsible for the administration of Bank's ATMs services and related operations by Working closely with management , vendors and regulatory authorities (SAMA) regarding ATM operations related issues . This person is also responsible incident resolutions and overall ATM availability and quality of the provided service.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science , IT or equivalent work or educational experience.
- Three to five years experience in ATM operations.
- Five to seven years leadership experience in production environment.

Soft Skills:
- Proficient in leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills ( oral and written ) in English language and preferred Arabic as well.
- Ability to manage a complex team with unique processes and adapt to change rapidly.
- Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to collect operational data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions as well as formulate ideas and recommendations.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with ATM operations and switch network operations.
- Good knowledge in software and systems related to ATM operational management.
- In-depth knowledge of ATM operations, including hardware, software, communication and security.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in delivery of ATM product knowledge & related technologies including the operation of Diebold & NCR type ATM's.
