Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of the highest performing banks in the region, offering innovative banking products and financial services is looking for an experienced ATM Support Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the ATM monitoring support team
- Liaise with Business, Custodians, vendors and Technology teams for various ATM and CCDM related requirements.
- End to end incident and performance management of all ATM and CCDMs of the bank
- Review and recommend various ATM, CCDM and SERLSERV technologies
- Management of ATM/CCDM hardware and software deployments
- Coordinating various ATM & CCDM projects
- Track the SLA with various vendors and custodians to maximize the availability
- Implementing best practices, tracking the compliance and ATM Audit issues

Requirements

- 7-8 years experience on ATM, CCDM and SELFERVE Technologies, mainly NCR and DIEBOLD
- Sound knowledge of NCR: - AANDC, GASPER, SOLIDCORE, APTRA EXCHANGE etc.
- Sound knowledge of DIEBOLD: - AGILIS, SECURITY-OFFICE, JOURNAL-OFFICE etc.
- Good knowledge on ATM SWITCH applications and monitoring applications
- Good knowledge on networking, security and systems fundamentals.
