Job description / Role
Carry out Accounting and Finance functions at the Regional Office and the depots.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Process the suppliers invoices and arrange for payments.
2. Assist the Accounts Supervisor in the accurate calculation of Marketing Spend and Discounts.
3. Pass the month end JV's and provide necessary input to the Head Office for Financial reports.
4. Carry out physical verification of inventories.
5. Reconcile the bank accounts on a daily basis and check the Daily Cash Control Report.
6. Prepare the collection targets and provide regular updates.
7. Prepare the Inventory and other month end reports.
8. Carry out physical verification of inventory, cash and cheques.
9. Liaise with the sales teams for resolving AR related issues.
10. Enter receipts on a daily basis.
11. Liaise with the IT Department for trouble shooting at the Regional level.
12. Provide Head Office with relevant and reliable information within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum B Com Degree.
- Expert knowledge in MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Should have 2 years relevant experience in the said role.
- Good Communication skills.
- UAE driving's license would be an advantage.
- Should have Gulf experience.
- Salary for this position would be around 4500 AED + Benefits.
