Job description / Role
Be focal point for quotations, evaluations, loans, customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance strong customer relationships.
Follow up on all Sales Leads from Telemarketing Campaigns, Partners, Seminar Activities and named target accounts.
Document all account activity on Sales Databases.
Track and ensure completion of Disconnect orders
Work with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice and DSO issues
Through project lists and regular updates keep management aware of all business opportunities
Undertake any other tasks, which maybe required by Client Business Services to further Sales Process.
Sell by phone – proactively seek sales under ‘Small Business Guidelines’
Prospect and Target Nominated Accounts – (including account qualification, appointments setting, follow up project closure).
Maintain, target and grow existing account base for Client Business Services
Promote and organize external Account Manager activity within assigned Account (min 9 appts/wk)
Requirements
Engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Work in a virtual team environment.
Maintain good time management and organizational skills
Desire to learn and develop a career in a global sales organization
Identify and qualify revenue generating opportunities
education, qualifications, and certifications
Desirable:
Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field (or equivalent)
Internship in a sales or marketing organization, preferably technology or software
Membership in related professional organizations
Certifications /accreditation in relevant areas
