The Role


The Role


•Deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
•Ensure all counters are correctly merchandised, meeting all hygiene standards as directed by the Brand.
•Maximize in-store visual projection on counter and promotional areas (secure additional and best merchandising space where possible).
•Assist in the timely development and execution of department marketing program, including seasonal new product launches and product re-promotes sampling and merchandising programs within specified categories in accordance with global Brand guidelines.
•Effectively supports GWP & special events programs in line with global guidelines and monitor sell thru.
•Provide regular feedback on new product launches and other programs as well as on local market trends and competitive activity.
•Liaise with Brand personnel in execution of marketing programs, GWP, and special events.
•Ensure company standard at all times.
•Monitor Skincare Consultants performance and reported to LM on a fairly and timely manner; address any specific training needs.
•Coach and motivate Skincare consultants to develop their competencies by leading by example in selling skills, make up and skin care application techniques.
•Liaise with the Regional Education Manager to ensure each Consultant attended all seminars in order to achieve Brand goals.
•Organize and run consultants trainings as directed by Regional Eduction Manager.
•Set and discuss sales target to each Consultants on a monthly basis.
•Give feedback to Consultants to support them achieving sales target.
•Conduct BA’s performance appraisal.
•Gather feedback from customers and forward it to Sales & Education/Sales Manager.
•Handle customer complaints.
•Liaises with business-level contacts distributors, outside companies and organizations etc.
•Monitor and report sales performance of each Consultants to Sales & Education / Sales Manager.
•Analyze business performance versus objectives with Sales Manager to ensure complete awareness and understanding on the country. This should include awareness of % mix of business and awareness of % growth in doors in line with store.
•Report to the Sales Manager and discuss potential opportunities in the area for new doors, staffing proposals, site locations and business development on an on-going basis.
•Conduct monthly inventory and review ageing, out of stock, over stock, obsolescence and expiry reports for the brand.
•Analyze the data in the reports and send the report to SCM.
•Place an order according to the Brand target.
•Prepares and coordinate sales reports on a timely manner.
•Maintain a systematic filing of correspondence and employee’s documents such as new joiner form, passport copy, visa copy, and leave application etc.
•Manage and prepares operation/store expenses report.
•Recaps all regularly scheduled Sales / Marketing meetings to ensure appropriate next steps are taken.

Requirements


Requirements


•High School Graduate or equivalent
•With at least 2 years of experience in related field or environment.
•Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
