Employment: Full Time

The client is an established global brand consultancy, who have a great reputation when it comes to helping their household known clients navigate the increasingly global realities for businesses, brands and customers.

As the client continues to steadily grow they now have a need for another Account Director to join this outgoing and fun team.

As an Account Director you will be responsible for the direction and growth of key client relationships, working closely with Senior Consultants and Creative teams to ensure projects are running smoothly and profitably. - With support from a Project Managers or Account Administrators, you will also manage and mentor a team to deliver on time, on budget and on brief.

Main responsibilities For Account Director:
- Client lead capable of building respect and rapport with client(s).
- Think strategically about projects and what is right for the client.
- Write proposals including scope, process, project plans, timings and fees.
- Plan, manage and participate in pitches.
- Astute commercial operator who understands contracts, procurement processes and is able to negotiate with client and stakeholders.
- Able to discuss all areas of the project with the client but knows when to pull in other team members.
- Able to lead a project and team, to clearly give direction and know at all times what the next actions and stages are understands what success looks like.
- Builds strong relationships and confidence with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

To be suitable for this position of Account Director you will definitely need to be a team player with the ability to multitask and inspire others as well as have a mix of both on and off line experience. In addition they are seeking someone fun, spirited and proactive.
