The Role


Core General Responsibilities:
1.Acts as Product Champion with responsibility for promoting the service, overseeing projects utilizing the specific service, and providing expert advice and training to research staff undertaking such projects.
2.Utilizes special technical, operational or administrative skills in order to fulfill Company needs and/or current industry demands.
3.Setting of Annual Budget/Plan and its execution.
4.Provide expert advice to client on business strategy and planning
5.Strategic Planning/ Visioning/ Forecasting
6.Translates strategic goals and objectives into specific programs.
7.Ability to manage strategic and large scale quantitative research projects independently
8.Meeting targets and working towards having an overall commercial business focus
9.Direct the team¡¦s efforts in the most effective use of analytic processes and research methodologies to address client¡¦s business issues
10.Develop the team¡¦s knowledge and coach them in the use of analytical skills to conduct high quality research
11.Training & development of the team on operational and research issues
12.Formulating the individual staff (manager/executive) career development plan as well as professional development plan
13.Recommend personnel actions in terms of recruitment, training, promotion, salary review or disciplinary action
14.Coordinate and control the implementation of the annual performance appraisal together with HR Department within Company organisation
15.Initiate and/or take an active role in the implementation of corporate programs, which may be necessary to further goal and objectives of the Company

Candidate Specification:

Perquisites:
„X At least 8 years working experience in research experience in research or consultancy business at least three of which in a management position;
„X Working experience across multiple product categories using a cross section of market research techniques and products.
„X Excellent in project management, client management and business and account management responsibilities, people and development including team head responsibilities.
„X Demonstrated management experience, covering both staff and commercial management;
„X Strong leadership, good people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills;
„X Experience in working closely with cross-functional and multi-national teams especially business and senior management;
„X Desire to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment;
„X Attentive to details and showing strategic insights in the delivery of research findings;
„X The right candidate will have many opportunities to develop accounts and the research team, you need to be an innovative thinker who is bold, creative, proactive, motivated and eager tolerant, with a drive to succeed.
