Job description / Role
- The Account Executive role in Qatar will be responsible for the successful delivery SAP project and to manage the growth of the Oil and Gas accounts in Qatar.
- Manage the client relationship and customer satisfaction- 3 target accounts
- Ensure proper delivery of the project at the right profitability
- Develop the account plan
- Reports internally the account status and growth plan
- Drive the account opportunities upsell
- Manage the delivery of high-quality, innovative systems integration and consulting services. Provide expertise to the Practices.
- Plan for and deliver a workforce that ensures profitability.
- Manages activities of non-exempt/exempt individual contributors.
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies.
- Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.
- Plans, directs and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff.
- Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both.
- Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
Requirements
- Delivery experience- Project or P&L management
- Solution Sales and/or SI experience
- Knowledge of ERP implementation, preferably SAP.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Account Executive or in similar roles.
