Job description / Role
Account Executive -- General Business:
Prospecting and selling Motor, Marine and General Business insurance excluding Medical insurance
1. Identifying prospects through various sales channels especially cold calling and networking
2 Consistent activity to exceed sales targets
3 Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements
4. Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations
5. Preparing proposals and conducting presentations
6. Organize and follow-up with internal servicing teams
7. Manage/secure renewals and establishing relationship with customers
8. Following up on collection of payment
9. Participating in sales meetings and appraisals
10. Attending Job related trainings and events to maintain and develop skills and knowledge
Experience
11. 2 to 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing of insurance will be an added benefit
Requirements

3. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Continuously demonstrate problem solving / positive attitude
