Account Executive

Job description / Role

An account executive is required to ensure adherence to office administration (predominately financial) policies and procedures defined by the regulator. The individual will be based with PwC Legal Middle East, but will liaise with PwC Legal UK and the Middle East Finance teams. They will work closely with the administrative staff and support the Legal Partners with the operational and financial management of the firm.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have experience in project management, have a commercial mind-set and be able to develop strong internal relationships.

They will also be required to:
- Support the team to review the work in progress and expenses on the firms client matters.
- Interpreting month end financial reports, and providing analysis on key metrics to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Reconciling statements and preparing them for sign off by Partners.
- Driving the team to achieve their daily and monthly financial targets.
- Preparation and monitoring draft bills, cash collections, billing analysis, vendor invoices and correspondence through to final billing.
