Employment: Full Time

The client is a Global Marketing & PR Agency with offices in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They are looking for talented Account Execs to join their growing team.

We are seeking ambitious, confident and digital savvy experts. Ideal candidates will have the flair to anticipate how decisions are made, be persistent to explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with the clients, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Key responsibilities:
- Developing new business and maximizing revenue growth
- Communicating with clients proactively, via telephone and email and engaging decision makers at all levels
- Implementing creative ways to improve client relationships and working closely with a Campaign Specialist to manage it
- Tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions
- Identifying and developing a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
- Cross selling/upselling advertising platforms search, display, mobile and You Tube
- Measuring campaign activity
- Regular face to face meetings with clients and running quarterly performance reviews to ensure growth of products
- Consistently delivering against assigned target, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience

Requirements

- Natural consultative sales approach
- Business to business sales experience
- Ability to form, maintain and nurture a business relationship
- PPC experience is desired but not essential
- Passion and flair for achieving and closing sales
- Ability to follow direction and be self-motivated
- Excellent telephone sales manner/telesales experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and large budgets
- Ability to create and deliver fresh innovative campaign ideas
- Expertise in cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly, how they all work together
