Job description / Role
Main Responsibilities:
Establish an annual, monthly and weekly sales plan as well as a weekly activity plan.
Introduce new programs and service concepts to customers.
Execute surveys, prepare offers, present concepts and get the order.
Monitor and report markets in own sales territory (customer needs, competitors, prices).
Ensure net sales growth in own territory through a structured sales process for customer acquisition and maintenance. Use regular review of sales progress (minimum: quarterly) - customers, programs, products.
Report results of customer contacts and planned activities according to guidelines, QS standards and systems.
Follow given guidelines and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Veterinarian
- Experience (minimum 4 years) on managing distributors and B2B sales.
- Drive for Results
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
