Account Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

• Senior Account Manager. software solutions
• Job Function: Sales/Business development.
• Industry: (Travel & hospitality)

• Overall experience of 9-10 years
• Utilizes solutions-selling methodology, strategic concepts, and techniques.
• Conducts significant direct contact with customers
• Assumes responsibility for all activity in accounts and new revenue, works with consulting staff to position service solutions and leverage sales opportunities.
• With a good track record of consistently meeting sales targets and associated KRAs
• Excellent understanding of local market – Clients and partner ecosystem in Dubai/ UAE.
• With a strong track record of successfully selling or assisting solutions based services to the respective client’s business units.
• Conducts extensive follow-up with customers to track satisfaction levels and uncover additional opportunities.
• Prepares and delivers presentations to customers at the highest level of management.
• Relationship Management: Ability to develop/maintain client contacts and actively network with potential client executives
• Should be able to leverage prior experience to able to deep-dive and get into project-level issues & details.

Requirements

• Revenue growth in existing accounts in the region with clearly established top line and bottom line targets.
• Business Development (Mining): expand foot print in the existing accounts – would be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include: Horizontal leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives.
• Advanced Knowledge in the Travel and Hospitality industry at the strategic and operational levels and the ability to communicate effectively
