Account Manager, Conference & Events - Riyadh Saudi Arabia

USD5000 Total Salary per Month

On behalf of our client, one of the most trusted market intelligence and advisory firm CEMEA, we are looking to recruit an Account Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will focus on the sales and key account management of Conferences and Events portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Sales of conferences portfolio, which includes local and regional syndicated road shows and custom events;
- Key Account Management of top customers and enhancing business opportunities from these accounts;
- Supporting sales strategy and development within assigned territories;
- Cold-calling in order to generate demand; pipeline management;
- Proposal development for syndicated and custom opportunities;
- Developing prospects and client profiling: developing new contacts and identifying major decision makers;

Requirements

- The successful candidate shall be based in Riyadh and have minimum 3 years of local experience in Sales (preferably events to the ICT industry or within ICT industry itself);
- He/she should have University degree and be excellent at establishing and managing relationships with customers and prospects;
- He/she will have or quickly be able to establish a network of contacts in the strategy/marketing departments of IT and telecom players across the KSA region and be adept at communicating, listening, interpersonal relationships, and negotiating;

It is highly preferable that the candidate has an excellent command of Arabic and English.
