Employment: Full Time

Summary:
The successful candidate will sustain and develop strong business relationships with Government customers located within the Middle East region. The focus of the position is to provide outstanding levels of customer service in respect to Jeppesen & Boeing Digital Aviation products and solutions and in addition, to identify and shape new business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (includes the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with all levels of assigned accounts for each aspect of customers' operations and Jeppesen's portfolio.
- Develop, maintain, coordinate, and execute strategic plans for protection and growth of assigned areas of Jeppesen portfolio in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate and assure the effective deployment of Jeppesen resources necessary to ensure the success of product and service solutions in assigned accounts, coordinate order entry and fulfillment process with shared services teams, resolve customer inquiries and issues, and communicate with customer proactively.
- Qualify and transition opportunities for new or expanded business based on explicit needs in assigned accounts to sales team, and partner with sales team to engage, pursue, and win new business with existing customers.
- Document all relevant customer information, voice of customer, and strategic/tactical plans in Salesforce.com (or other company tools), present customer, voice and plan reviews as required to leadership and other internal stakeholders, and track and communicate progress of customer requests and concerns.
- Identify problems/implications in assigned/relevant areas of assigned accounts and shape these around available solutions to become explicit needs.
- Assure protection of existing revenue by planning, leading negotiations of, and closing the renewal of expiring, out-dated, or under-priced contracts.
- Serve assigned accounts as the single point of contact and reference within the enterprise for assigned products/services, providing consultation, information, presentations, and conducting meetings as required, and ensuring customer receives appropriate communications on new, enhanced, or sun setting services.
- Serves as subject matter expert to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.
- Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Provide Industry best practice guidance where applicable and ensure client is educated in maximizing the capabilities of implemented solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prestigious government and military aviation organizations to provide pre-sales cycle strategic consultation and information.

Requirements

- Proven history of successful relationship building with internal and external clients.
- Strong business acumen to support client need identification.
- Experience within flight operations, preferably Military.
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations.
- Ability to professionally represent and build credibility on behalf of Jeppesen and Boeing.
- High orientation toward collaboration.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Contributor to the development of new job practices, techniques, and standards.

Education/Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience OR combination of education and work experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:
- 3-5 years - Progressive account management duties
- 3-5 years - Flight operations in an airline or military capacity
