The Role


The Role


To support the Business Development team in developing and enhancing the companies relationship with target clients.
This role provides technical and administrative support to ensure that Account Managers are able to devote more time to clients.

• Work as part of team, delivering own tasks in line with deadlines and standards and supporting others to achieve their goals
Act as a single point of contact to provide support to the Business Development team
• Provide administrative support to all areas of the relationship cycle.
• Organizes meetings with clients, invites members to the meetings and arranges required facilities.
• Assist in and progress the maintenance of Client reports, LAMP and Strategic Selling plans
• Progress the production of Marketing materials
• Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of Marketing events
• Assist and progress the maintenance of the Contact Management System
• Prepares and delivers PowerPoint presentations at meetings when required;
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the Section and related activities, processes, policies and procedures and acts correspondingly.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the role of each department.
• Manage the CRM system.
• Ensure the co-ordination of customer requirements.
• Assist in the securing of appropriate specialist knowledge about the client to provide support to Account Manager as required
• Monitor and progress Client Issues resolution
• Regular reporting to Line Manager, updating on status, flagging any barriers to success, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years experience in sales or administration in an international or government company
• Knowledge of the Sales Cycle and Relationship Management
• Customer Relationship Management: experience of building and managing positive relationships with customers.
• Service Delivery: track record of administering sales or relationship cycles driving strong customer satisfaction and improving standards
• Cultural Awareness: experience of working with people from different cultures
• Business English: verbal and written.
