Job description / Role
We are looking for experienced Prime Account managers to provide client support services.
• Once the sales team closes a deal the account manager will prepare a statement of work and guide the client through the onboarding process.
• Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service
• Provide day to day account management support to clients.
• Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email
• Conduct business development and generate leads
• Escalating sales leads to sales team
Requirements
Skills Required
• A University Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in Financial Services, or FX Trading
• Excellent telephone communication
• Familiar with MT4, MT5, and similar trading technology.
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Ability to work on own initiative and generate sales leads and conduct business development
• Mature and professional individual with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Arabic speakers preferred but not required.
