Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage the daily/weekly client calls and Face to face meetings.
- Will be the Sutherland face in front of the client and 75% of his/her time will be from the client's office
- Will be meeting all our rebadged employees and facilitate with HR/Admin for any documents needed (NOC , Salary letter , insurance claim, etc)
- Will be responsible for getting those requests circulated internally and then provide them back to the employees
- Will be responsible for issuing the monthly invoices and update the LE
- Will identify all the potential business within our client and loop SD /BD team to work on it

Requirements

- Strong communication/Presentation skills
- Relevant experience in a BPO company is considered advantage
- Managerial experience at least 2 years
- Fluent both in Arabic and English
- Being able to maintain good relationship with the client
