Employment: Full Time

The UAE Government Sector Account Manager is responsible for all Business Development within the most important of our client organisations within the UAE government sector with responsibility to contribute sufficiently to the Order Intake targets for all Business Units within this organisation. The Account Manager is responsible for accurate sales forecasting throughout the year.

The Account Manager will work with the Asia Pacific and Middle East teams to farm existing accounts in a coordinated manner, whilst also identifying new target accounts that fit the Middle East Strategy and product portfolio.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing Sector Plans:
- Create consolidated view of key areas where we are executing business;
- Identify target new areas that fit with strategy and product portfolio and develop plan to penetrate;
- Identify strategic partners/suppliers required to support execution of sector plan;
- Identify and manage cross account stakeholders;
- Develop and execute government sector sales campaigns.
- The Account Manager will manage relationships with clients and partners, including Director-level relationships with key clients where appropriate, and develop stakeholder management plans.
- The Account Manager will manage relationships with other stakeholders within their sector including Embassies, Partners, Suppliers etc.
- The Account Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction in their UAE government organisation.

Requirements

- Educated to degree level (2:1 or 1st), engineering or physics preferable.
- Fluent English essential, Arabic desirable.
- Danish National.
- Experience of working with National Security clients and understanding of their missions.
- Experience of Cyber Security and Data Analytics.
- Experience of managing complex projects with professional certification preferable (PMP, Prince2, APMP).
- Experience of living and working in the Middle East and understanding of the culture.
