Job description / Role
An integrated advertising agency, operating in the UAE for the past 25 years and has created a niche position for itself in the Middle East region as Digital & Branded Video Content specialist agency is looking for a smart and intelligent Account Manager to align and contribute to the agency's growth.
Reporting directly to the Director - Digital & Strategy, this role is to independently manage and oversee the communication requirements of our clients/ brands. Your role will involve taking briefs from clients, briefing creative teams, mounting presentations to sell the creative solutions and on approvals manage the campaign execution. And end with sound financials billing, revenue and ultimately collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage several brands and projects simultaneously
- Ability to write creative briefs, organically grow business from accounts managed
- Sharp commercial awareness: billings, revenue generation, collections
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality creative within tight timeframes
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and agency departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Experience in growing and retaining client relationships & business
- Best-practices followed & client expectations are aligned
Requirements
The candidate is already a professional with 3 to 4 years experience, ideally working in an advertising or digital agency and wants to take the next step to work with a fantastic company and grow her career.
- Male /Female - English speak and write
- At least 3-4 years experience in Digital advertising or marketing agencies
- Good computer literacy: MS Office - Word, Power Point, Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and solutions providing mindset
