Responsible for:
a) Requirements gathering, customer and stakeholder management
b) Customer communications and satisfaction surveys
c) Support all team activities as needed
d) Handle strategic customer management of assigned customer group
e) Influence executive management levels with lead thinking
f) Understanding and appreciation of day-to-day activities related to Data centre, Infrastructure services, marketing or finance within IT

Requirements


Requirements


• 5+ years of IT experience and at least 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent understanding of IT services (Data Centre, Infrastructure services)
• Experience in requirements gathering, customer communications and satisfaction surveys
• Experience in marketing or finance within IT environment
• Product knowledge across IT industry
• Strong sales skill and analytical thinking
