Employment: Full Time

Thomson Reuters is currently seeking an Account Manager for our Finance and Risk division, based in Qatar.
This position manages and grows revenue and market share at designated accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve company's strategic objectives. Developing and maintaining client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth. Developing and executing account strategy by collaborating with the account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages customer relationship
- Owns account information in TRUST (Thomson Reuters Unified Sales Tool).
- Ensures delivery of great service to the account
- Defines account strategy and owns the plan (manages revenue).
- Accountable for retention of existing revenue and delivery of overall revenue growth.
- Focuses on customer's satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts.
- Coordinates implementation of Thomson Reuters strategy on the account level.
- Identifies new opportunities, lead sells 'core' desktop products.
- Works with and brings in experts/specialists onto the team where required, has oversight of all account activities.
- Responsible for forecasting, keeping management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathering intelligence on competitor activity, providing feedback to marketing.
- Acts as a single point of contact for the client, provides escalation path from and to Service
- Tends to customer issues promptly.

Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic
- Customer focused and excellent communicator
- Excellent financial market and industry knowledge required.
- Experience with business processes: pricing, trading, settlement, operations etc.
- Customer experience in selling services in the financial markets domain
- Degree educated with experience in financial markets or banking
- Working experience in treasury, private banking or brokerage
- Strong sales background, account or relationship management experience (5 years)
