Account Manager - Riyadh

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned portfolios. Good understanding of customer loyalty is essential.

Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the clients key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing plans; communicate and work with Client and internal Marketing, Business Operations, IT, Insight, Finance and Rewards to deliver objectives.
- Day to day contact with clients regarding programs, their ongoing needs including generating contact reports as required from meetings and calls.
- Resolve any client issues and recommend solutions favorably for all parties in a timely manner.
- Preparation and presentation of proposals and expansion initiatives of the relationship/profitability.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Review all program analysis documents/reports (i.e. monthly dashboards, quarterly reports, etc) from Measurement Strategy.
- Create and deliver structured business reviews with clients.
- Understand ROI and manage against targets.
- Overall P&L responsibility to ensure all program financial objectives are achieved, including forecasting revenues.
- Ensure all billings/payments are timely and accurate.
- Establish and work within the clients budget parameters; ensure ROI targets are set and analysis is completed for all promotional activity (AM).

Requirements

- Previous Experience in customer loyalty is a must
- 3-4 years experience in relationship/portfolio management
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Financial Management and P&L definitely an asset
- Builds strong internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, troubleshooting and delegating skills
- Comfortable with working alone and with team
- Flexible and adaptable to continually changing priorities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
