Our client, a leading company providing project intelligence research and construction industry research is now looking for Account Manager who will join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of CS & Sales Director and you will be responsible to;

The Account Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all the individual existing subscriber accounts allocate to them. The role is to maximizing all potential revenue opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle of the subscribers contract of the company.

They are responsible for renewing year on year the accounts within their allocation at an agreed minimum renewal rate. The performance of the Account Manager will be judged against two very specific KPIs, overall monthly and quarterly renewal revenue, and volume of renewal clients renewed monthly and quarterly.

The targeted level of renewal will be achieved by the constant engagement and exceptional customer service of each subscriber within that individuals client base ensuring that at the point of contract renewal the minimum expectation is a renewed contract for the following year.

The Account Manager must follow the direction of his/her immediate Manager and operate with the agreed procedures, policies, and quality management system. The operational responsibilities of this position include:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for subscription renewal revenue and volumes.
- Achieve consistent daily, weekly and monthly engagement with each subscriber within their customer base at level agreed with both the Head of CS and the Sales Director.
- Develop long term relationships with each subscriber to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new revenue opportunities with each subscriber within their customer base.
- Provide product development input based on market input and subscriber feedback.
- Ensure that your customer service level for your subscribers is excellent and reviewed regularly.
- Work closely with DM team to prioritize important/urgent requests from subscribers.
- Take full responsibility for all subscriber queries/ complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Respond promptly to all of your subscribers queries.
- Identify consistent or recurring problems with the product or system functionality that might in anyway affect subscription renewal levels.
- Manage each of your customers subscription by analyzing subscription activity reports to ensure proper system usage.
- Call subscribers with low usage to understand any issues and to offer a solution that will increase usage.
- Make CS aware of any training that may be needed for your subscriber and follow up to ensure the training was completed.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions with your subscribers.
- Stay updated on all product enhancements that my benefit your subscribers and increase your renewal rate.
- Ensure at all times you remain a product champion, making clear to your subscriber base the full benefits they receive by having an ongoing relationship and the ROI they get on their investment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably from the same industry.
- UAE Driving license preferred.
- Should have excellent sales and negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, people skills, planning and organizational skills.
- Should be IT savvy.
- Strong understanding of customer, assigned market dynamics and requirements.
- Should be able to set priorities, meet and exceed targets.
- Should be able to work on their own or in a team and take initiatives.
