Job description / Role
The Role
Objective:
To sell to all the customers in its territory. Primary responsibilities include maintaining existing customer base, developing sales and profitability within his/her sector, while achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifies targets per segment to implement the sales plan.
- Prepares prospecting list in coordination with the Area Sales Manager candidate prospect list
- Analyses customer sales data, qualifies prospects and determines specific actions
- Uses visit reports to get customer or prospect history and prepares visit objectives
- Plans visits according sales targets.
- Provides visit feed back by drafting reports.
- Leads the prospection through prepared visits to competitor customers and potential customers.
- Develops the information network and collects news on a regular basis. Detects potential process opportunities.
- Optimizes the time spent at customer site to quickly obtain contract signature.
- Sells and negotiates the Companys products and services through standardized Companys offers to relevant customer decision makers.
- Obtains customer commitment by the contract signature. Ensures conformity to the sales policy.
- Identifies competitors threats through information collection and reports in centralized info system.
Reporting to : Area Sales Manager
Requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in a Gas industry.
3 years experience in Technical Sales.
Degree, Business or Engineering
Strong Negotiation skills
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Able to work well in a team environment
