The Role


The Role


To manage relationship between Workz and specific service partners within Qatar region.

1. Direct accountability for the service performance and operational cost against defined standards and targets
2. Develop and maintain an overall understanding of the business, the nature and requirements of the customer and of commitments to the customer, including all relevant products and services
3. Ensure pick-up, delivery and shipment processing services are executed in line with service, quality and cost performance standards and targets
4. Ensure daily communication via e-mail or telephone with partners in order to establish and maintain a solid relationship
5. Act as the main contact person for the region assigned
6. Build a customer account strategy to achieve targets to include:
o Identifying decision makers – relationship building
o Issuing correct document, information etc in a courteous and timely fashion
o Responding to queries immediately
o Ensure partners achieve set SLAs
o Ensure partners submit weekly reports to Workz
7. Ensure POs and invoices are placed, received and processed on time to prevent stock-outs
8. Complete weekly and monthly reports as required
9. Analyse data received and communicate to Line Manager
10. In conjunction with Line Manager, set and meet personal milestones for growth and development

Education: Bachelor Degree preferably in Business

Experience: Min 5 years in similar position

Age: 35 to 45 years

Character: Service-oriented, self-motivated, team player. Inspire and motivate within your team, strong organizational and planning skills, approachable.
Responsible for Full profit & loss, Invested capital management, Safeguarding of assets, Company administration, Human resource management – recruitment, training and development of staff
