Job description / Role
Our client, a world-leading provider of financial spread betting and CFDs is seeking an accounts set up assistant who will report in to the Senior Executive Officer.
N.B. Must be fluent in Arabic & English and possess at least 12 months experience of working in an administrative or customer service role.
- Liaising with the sales teams, together with introducing brokers and foreign offices, in order to gather all relevant information and documentation to open new accounts.
- Setting up Power of Attorney agreements.
- Running daily and weekly reports in order to ensure that all accounts are set up in accordance with in-house procedures.
- Answering queries and assisting with disputes.
- Collecting and processing incoming correspondence from prospective clients and scanning documentation.
- Carrying out a daily Mailmerge to generate new account opening details for clients.
- Dealing with other administrative support for the entity and reporting for the sales department
Requirements
- At least 12 months working experience within an administrative and customer service related role.
- Previously worked as part of a team
- Fluent in Arabic
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with acceptable due diligence documents from the GCC region required to open an account.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word , Access and Excel (Intermediate level)
