A Leading FMCG MNC is looking for Accounts Manager to Joint their Team
Consolidation of books of accounts of different legal entities
Manage external audits of all entities
System development in coordination with IT
Compliance of IFRS with respect to the financials of the group
Assist the FC in budgeting, forecasting, and other adhoc requirements.
Oversee the design, development and efficient operation of finance information systems and services
Support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes and indentify efficiency and quality improvements to current processes.
Maintain and update audited / unaudited financial statements of all companies and related audit schedules
Maintain effective reporting structures for budget, cost accounting and decision support systems
Communicate with Unit Accounts Managers on variance analysis and address queries related to management accounts.
Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:
Must have a professional qualification - CA or CPA
Minimum 5 years of corporate experience with a MNC at a managerial level
Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Excel and Power Point, and work experience in ERP environment.
First Preference for Candidates from Big Four
Personal - Structured, proactive driven individual who is comfortable operating at all levels with drive to solve issues as they arise and timely deliver an effective contribution to the group in a multi cultural and challenging environment.
Self starter - Ability to operate effectively with minimum supervision and a positive attitude.
Analytical Ability to analyse financial data and challenge to yield cost benefit.
Teamwork Ability to contribute with cross functional teams and to develop financial and risk awareness across the organisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
