Job description / Role
* Maintain all aspects of billing and invoicing .
* Monitor corporate finance on a daily/weekly basis.
* Daily billing of Contract to the customer as per the agreed.
* Send the invoices, as per the customer's request with details and supporting. Includes sending the details by softcopy to the Finance Department of operating company, as per the requirements.
* Support the corporate Manager by providing the monthly report as per the customer required by customer for the collection.
* Prepare monthly revenue details by customer, by activity, by month.
* Break up of Intercompany and Third Party revenue by month to be updated in the Group Finance report, as per the Group requirement.
* Prepare the review and yearly revenue budget for the company
* Consolidation and reporting of all KPI's and management reports
* SOPs - review current and complete outstanding with the customer. SOP pertaining to billing process is agreed and signed off by the customer includes the attachment, acceptance on invoices on time.
* Creates business requirements and analyses functional / technical specification to ensure needs are addressed.
* Support Admin Department on needed basis
* Public Relation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:
* An Accounting Qualification essential.
* CA or CA (INTER) or MBA (Finance) Degree qualification in Commerce preferred.
* Must have at least 4 years Finance / Accounting & Commercial experience within a large organisation.
* Must have strong computer skills - ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. Advanced MS-Excel knowledge.
* Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – Farsi is a plus
* Must have the ability to work well in a team
