Accountant - HR Shared Services - Al-Futtaim - Muscat, Oman

As part of the Shared Services team you will be responsible for managing the petty cash/card of all government related transactions and other expenses for HRSS Oman. Report generation, processing of expenses and timely reimbursement will be important functions of the role. You will also ensure that proper checks and controls are in place and processes are in line with the policies, raise LPOs', etc.

Based in our HRSS office in Muscat, you will work closely with the HRSS Manager and UAE teams to prepare budgets and forecasts for HRSS Oman.

Requirements

To apply for this role you should be an Omani Commerce graduate with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting role.

The position requires strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, systematic record keeping, high degree of tact and integrity. Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel, and good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic is preferred.
