Marks & Spencer, part of Al Futtaim Retail, is a globally recognised retail brand offering stylish, high quality, great value clothing and home products as well as outstanding foods.

With 18 Stores currently located across the GCC including locations in the UAE, Oman, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar there is further growth planned with an additional stores to open in 2012 to further strengthen this exciting brand within the Middle East market.In this role you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that company systems and procedures relating to cash, stocks and administrative documents are being followed by Admin/Cash Office, Co-managers and Sales Assistants
* Preparing admin related reports such as price discrepancies, warehouse/store stock transfers etc
* Preparing cash related reports such as cash reconciliation, Banking/Foreign exchange, gift vouchers, Credit card and Credit Notes, till discrepancy investigation & issuance and Petty Cash
* Monitoring all store cost such as office supplies/stationeries, office equipments, janitorial expenses and maintenance expenses, so as it does not exceed the store budget
* Ensuring that accurate reports such as KPI, Sales reports, Month end reports etc. are provided to the Store management/ Accounts department within specific deadlines.

To be successful in winning this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical and statistical skills
* Good organisation, time management and administrative skills
* Flexibility and willingness to multi-task
* Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment

* Right attitude to lead your team
