Job description / Role
- Preparation of Daily Collection report and Consolidated Revenue Report
- Passing accounting entries in the Tally Software and the preparation of Monthly financial statements (Finalization)
- To prepare the bank reconciliation statement and the monthly management reports.
- To maintain the invoices of suppliers according to their due dates and process the invoices for the preparation of cheques.
- Preparation of report on calculation of incentive to doctors who are on profit sharing basis
- Payables - Suppliers bills processing and arrange payments according to due dates
- Reconciliation of cash and cheque collection
- Managing the payroll of the unit in close coordination with the Clinic manager and Medical Director
